If you searched for a cheap remodeling contractor …
Stop. Right. There.
I get it. Here’s what we say. I have limited funds. I have limited equity to pull from. I’ve got to make my dollar go the furthest by stretching every penny. I get it. A penny saved is a penny earned. Yada, yada, yada. However…
Look at this scenario: Bill and Jane were ready for a kitchen update. They were tired of living in an outdated kitchen – knowing they would have to update later anyway to resale their home.

Will they fix it? It’s not in the agreement … There’s dust everywhere …Should I say something?”
XYZ contractors have no idea what their clients are thinking or feeling.
Homeowners are making their list of their dislikes. Emotions are running high. When enough is enough, Bill and Jane decide to … Read more of this story in our next Homebuilders blog titled ‘Don’t Hire Cheap Contractors. Here’s Why. Part Two’.
